As a very young boy heard the news Marlene had arrived to "The Southern Cross Hotel."
Much Later sampled a Negroni in Lobby Back Bar "Rocket Fuel" during that Tsindos upper end of Bourke Street era, little later onto a softer version of the same ex "Florentino Cellar Bar."
Years later.......after seeing Ertha Kitt in Concert , headed uptown to S.C. Hotel which had changed hands now& very dated . Mainly to soak up some old memories & walked in with herself
"The Cat Women !"
